Custom homes range from $500K to $1M+. Commercial projects span from build-outs to the $4.37M scale of our UNIQ Nail Lounge flagship. If your project is outside this range, we’ll happily refer you to a trusted partner.
Are you licensed in Louisiana?

Yes — we hold two state licenses: Louisiana Residential Builder (#887572) and Louisiana General Contractor (#72507). Few firms in Acadiana hold both. Insurance certificates and bonding documents available on request.

From engineering review to final walkthrough, custom homes typically take 9–14 months depending on scope. We provide a detailed schedule at contract signing and weekly progress updates.
